I'm looking for Love Lucas Creations, what happened? TOP As much as I LOVE LLC, it was time for a change, I spent 4 years building the LLC brand but it was time to move to bigger and better things. Macy May's has a lot of the same designs as LLC, but now we have more products, higher quality fabrics and tees along with items from other boutiques and small businesses. How does the ordering process work? TOP Ordering is simple. Depending on the item(s) you are purchasing you will choose fonts, fabrics, stitching colors along with your tee/onesie style and sizing. What are the care instructions for tees/onesies? TOP All shirts/onesies should be washed inside out. Machine wash on cold or warm to avoid shrinking. Tumble dry LOW heat or hang to dry. It is important NOT to use high heat when washing or drying so you do not shrink the fabric used in the design/applique. Is my order refundable? Do you take exchanges? TOP
Once your order is placed there are no cash refunds. You may change your design after your order is placed as long as I have not started your order.
All of my shirts are custom and hand made so there are no refunds and/or exchanges.
I cannot be held responsible for late or missing packages.
How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP Turnaround time varies but generally speaking all items are shipped within 1-2 weeks. If you need your item for a specific date let us know when placing your order. What payment methods are accepted? TOP Paypal is the preferred method of payment. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, there will be a 5 day waiting period until the check clears before the order is processed. There will be a fee applied for returned checks. What are the care instructions for sippy cups/snack traps? TOP All of the sippy cups and snack traps are hand wash only. |
